Nail-on Plates
MiTek Nail-on-Plates are fabricated with 20 gauge sheet steel that meets or exceeds the strength requirements of ASTM A924/A 924M Grade 40, Structural Steel.
The plates are designed for fast and flexible field installation, outside of the truss manufacturing facilities. The plates provide flexibility to be able to form field connections for truss members with nails, but without the need for specialized mobile plate-press installation equipment.
Our NOP products are meant to be used with specialty 1.5 inch x 0.135” diam. proprietary Ardox-coated nails. These nails are also supplied by MiTek and can be purchased in tandem with our nail-on plates.
